Waiver Of Liability
Client hereby releases and forever discharges Dumpster Rental, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, agents, consultants and attorneys, from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, demands, liabilities, rights, damages, costs, losses, expenses, and compensation of any kind, including attorneys’ fees, regardless of whether such claims are known or unknown, which arise out of or in connection with or are related, directly or indirectly, to matters pertaining to the Client's use of the website for its business purposes.  Client certifies that its authorized representative has read and hereby expressly waives all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States.  Section 1542 reads as follows: A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.

Customer Complaints
Dumpster Rental, Inc. shall not be liable or responsible for any complaints, claims, actions, causes of actions, damages, or fees or costs claimed by customers of Client.
